Become A Volunteer

Volunteers are needed 365 days a year. We are open from 10am until 6pm, seven days a week. We need animal rescue volunteers as well as volunteers for the Wildlife Center. You would be working to help rescue, rehabilitate, and return to the wild, orphaned and injured wildlife. Check out or "Typical Day" page to get an idea what goes on each day at the center.

The Wildlife Center of Venice is a State and Federally permitted facility that rehabilitates injured and orphaned wildlife. Due to the delicate nature of their recovery and to avoid creating a stressful environment, the Wildlife Center of Venice is not able to open its doors to the public.
